Grandma Atkinson's Impossible Ham and Swiss Quiche
Ingredients
2 cups diced cooked ham 1
cup Bisquick
8 ounces of frozen chopped broccoli ¼ teaspoon
salt
1 cup grated Swiss cheese ⅛ teaspoon
pepper
4 eggs 1½
cup milk
¼ onion power or ½ chopped green onions
Preheat oven to 400˚F. Grease 10½in pie tin. Sprinkle ham, broccoli, and
cheese into pan. Combine eggs, milk, salt, pepper, Bisquick, and onion in
blender or beat for one minute. Pour over mixture. Bake 40-45 minutes or until golden
brown and knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes before
cutting. Serves 6
